Rick has held senior management positions for multinational corporations within Human Resources and Employee Relations and currently holds directorships with several companies. Rick provides specialised consulting services to clients within the mining and resources industries within the fields of Business Effectiveness; People and Performance Management, Workplace Relations, Safety Leadership, Project Management, Training and Development.

Jenny works across the IMS business to provide specialised recruitment and office management. With over 20 years experience, Jenny heads the IMS Workforce division, managing the IMS talent pools, client relationships and recruitment. Jenny has worked in a range of industries, including mining, construction, oil and gas and LNG.
Jenny’s qualifications include a Certificate of Applied Personnel Consulting from Deakin University.
People & Performance Adviser
Rhiannon has over 5 years experience within human resources and employment relations. Rhiannon has worked for multinational corporations within the resources, finance and construction sectors and currently consults for organisations within mining and resources, Oil & Gas, LNG, Alumina, construction and training industries. Rhiannon works heavily within people systems and process improvement, and has previously held a human resources position at Chiyoda Oceania. She has also worked in a research capacity for the University of Western Australia Business School (Management & Organisations).
Rhiannon’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, double major in Psychology and a Master of Commerce specialising in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from the University of Western Australia.

Justin is an award-winning senior HR and IR leader with over 20 years’ experience in HR strategy, tactics and thought leadership through People, Technology and Business Systems. Justin works with all levels of management on human resources, employment relations and change management, training and recruitment, with a strong focus on People Systems. Justin has previously held the position of Group HR Manager for Ertech Holdings and worked in HR and IR roles for Leighton Contractors, John Holland, Sandvik Mining and Rendezvous Group.
Justin has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters in Human Resources and is an AHRI Certified HR Practitioner.

Chris provides senior human resources and industrial relations advice from over 20 years’ experience across a range of diverse industries. His wealth of experience enables him to design and execute business-focused human resources and industrial relations solutions that drive high performance and deliver transformational outcomes. Chris helps clients to achieve success through people and culture initiatives in areas such as organisational design, talent management, performance management, and industrial relations. Chris was previously the HR Manager at Woodside Energy, and has also held human resources and employment relations positions at Wesfarmers and Rio Tinto.

Sean brings over 20 years’ experience across government and private sector, metals and non-metals manufacturing, and most significantly major resources construction and maintenance in both Western Australia and Interstate. Sean is particularly adept at integrating sensible industrial relations solutions into overall management systems and assists clients in achieving superior outcomes in a number of critical areas including industrial relations including IR strategy, new start-ups, enterprise bargaining, talent and leadership related initiatives, discipline and dispute resolution, workplace investigations and risk analysis. Sean has previously held positions at Fluor, WorleyParsons and Clough.
Sean’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Industrial Relations (Honours) and Politics from The University of Western Australia. Sean is currently completing his Bachelors Degree in Law at The University of Notre Dame and is due to finish at the end of 2019.

Diane has worked in the Oil and Gas and Construction industries for over 20 years, specialising in People and Capability, Strategic Human Resources, Change Management, Leadership and Performance Management. Diane has worked for multinational corporations both nationally and internationally, including Roy Hill, Civmec Construction & Engineering and Leighton Contractors. Diane currently leads the Human Resources function for the Integrated Project Team with Fluor and BHP.
Diane’s qualifications include a Diploma in Business, majoring in Human Resource Development at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.

Divya is the IMS Accounts and Payroll Specialist. Divya is an experienced accountant with over 30 years experience across a multitude of businesses and a range of industries. Her key areas of expertise are auditing, bookkeeping and process improvement.
Divya holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants in the UK.
