Rick has over 35 years of broad-based experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Health & Safety Management and Aboriginal Engagement. Rick has held senior management positions for multinational corporations within Human Resources and Employee Relations and currently holds directorships with several companies. Rick provides specialised consulting services to clients within the mining and resources industries within the fields of Business Effectiveness; People and Performance Management, Workplace Relations, Safety Leadership, Project Management, Training and Development. Ricks qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
Recruitment Co-ordinator / Office Manager
Jenny has an extensive administrative background in a range of business environments that includes experience on WA resource projects and in recruitment. Jenny is involved in all aspects of the day to day business activities at IMS and is responsible for its efficient operation. She is also responsible for IMS specialised recruitment services and manages the recruitment/network of IMS contacts and the placement process. Jenny is a valued member of the team, ensuring the professional delivery of services across the IMS business is maintained.
Boyoung has over 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations. Boyoung has worked for multinational corporations within the mining and resources industry and on major projects in WA, bringing a wealth of knowledge surrounding full life cycle of HR, policy design and implementation and performance management. In her capacity at IMS, Boyoung provides supports to the recruitment function, coordinates training and contributes to the implementation of IMS Business Systems.
Boyoungs other qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Communications from Monash University.

With a Master of Commerce specialising in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations, Rhiannon has a broad and thorough understanding of current best practice within business, Human Resources and Employment Relations. Rhiannon consults on Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Employment Relations, and her key project is to implement and integrate IMS business systems. Rhiannon has worked for multinational corporations within the finance and resources sectors in Human Resources and Business Analysis, and has worked in a research capacity for the University of Western Australia, aiding in the completion of Australia’s largest not-for-profit workforce study.
Rhiannon’s other qualifications include Bachelor of Science, double major in Psychology from the University of Western Australia.

Justin brings a wealth of knowledge from over 18 years’ experience in Human Resources, Employment Relations and Change Management. Justin is an award-winning senior leader who works with all levels of management to provide HR Strategy, tactics and thought leadership through People, Technology and Business Systems. Justin’s capacity at IMS is to improve current business practices and implement business systems designed to improve efficiency and productivity within the office.
Justin has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters in Human Resources and is an AHRI Certified HR Practitioner.

Chris provides senior Human Resources and Industrial Relations advice from over 20 years’ experience across a range of diverse industries. His wealth of experience enables him to design and execute business-focused Human Resources and Industrial Relations solutions that drive high performance and deliver transformational outcomes.
Chris helps clients to achieve success through people and culture initiatives in areas such as organisational design, talent management, performance management, and industrial relations. Diane brings a wealth of experience to the IMS team within the Human Resources space. Diane has worked in the Oil and Gas and Construction industries for over 20 years, specialising in People and Capability, Strategic Human Resources, Change Management, Leadership and Performance Management. Diane has worked for multinational corporations both nationally and internationally and has been a great asset to the IMS Consulting team. Diane currently leads the Human Resources function for the Integrated Project Team with Fluor and BHP.

Sean brings over 20 years’ experience across government and private sector, metals and non-metals manufacturing, and most significantly – major resources construction and maintenance in both Western Australia and Interstate. Sean is particularly adept at integrating sensible Industrial Relations into overall management systems and is able to help your business achieve superior outcomes in a number of critical areas including Industrial Relations planning and execution, agreement making, dispute resolution, workplace investigations and Industrial Relations health checks.
