As Managing Director of IMS Brad provides leadership and strategic direction to IMS. Brad is a globally experienced Human Resources Executive having worked throughout Asia Pacific , North America and the Middle East. Brad has operated across a broad range of industries but has extensive experience in the Oil and Gas, Energy, Resource sectors as well as assisting start up technology organisations. Brad provides specialist consulting services working with Executive and Project Teams to deliver strategic and organisational design solutions that meet the challenges of a fast – changing industry landscape. Brad helps Executives Teams develop compelling organisational strategies and work with them to manage the strategic transformation of their organisations to achieve their vision.
Brad has a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University where he majored in Human Resources and Industrial Relations
As the Founder of IMS, Rick continues to provide strategic advisory to IMS and its clients. Rick has over 35 years of broad-based experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Health & Safety Management and Aboriginal Engagement. Rick has held senior management positions for multinational corporations within Human Resources and Employee Relations and currently holds directorships with several companies. Rick provides specialised consulting services to clients within the mining and resources industries within the fields of Business Effectiveness; People and Performance Management, Workplace Relations, Safety Leadership, Project Management, Training and Development.
Ricks qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Industrial Relations from the University of Western Australia.
Jodie is an experienced Remuneration, Benefits and Policy Specialist with over 15 years across a wide range of industries including start-up technology companies , oil & gas and major resource companies.
Jodie has led the Global Remuneration & Policy functions for NYSE and ASX listed organisations such as InterOil and Woodside Energy. In addition she has served as a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee for those organisations.
Jodie’s experience ranges across the whole spectrum of Remuneration & Policy having covered both Domestic and International employees and has also included Employee, Executive and Non-Executive Director elements.
Jodie’s domestic remuneration experience includes Australia, Singapore, PNG, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Kuwait. She has designed and implemented foreign assignment policy for globally for locations including Americas, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Jodie has designed and implemented strategies and policies that include:
- Remuneration Strategies
- Benchmarking and Salary Banding
- Incentive programs including employee and executive equity and phantom equity plans
- Short and Long term Incentives
- Localisation strategies
- Organisational Restructures
Jodie has completed a Bachelor of Arts – Industrial Relations (UWA).
Tony has held a variety of Human Resources & Organisational Development roles during his career. He has extensive experience working both internally and providing consulting services to a wide range of industries. He recently completed a 3 year full time assignment working for an advanced manufacturing start-up as their People Operations Manager with full accountability for the set up and running of all things HR. Prior to this, Tony was consulting to a range of SME’s across a variety of industries in HR, Leadership, Change and Talent Management. Tony has owned multiple businesses of his own which has developed a rare double of HR skills and commercial acumen. Tony has worked for several ASX 20 Companies within the Resources Sector in a HR capacity where he built his foundation of generalist HR and Organisational Development skills. He has a passion for developing people and building organisational capability. Tony is a lifelong learner and has recently completed an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience in Leadership which he believes is the new frontier of Leadership Development.
Tim is a broadly experienced HR Manager having worked with many of the largest global oil and gas operators. He has more than 20 years’ experience in privately owned, publicly listed and government operated organisations.
As a Senior HR Manager, Tim has a strong reputation as being an aligned HR Business Partner having supported the breadth of operational functions of ASX 20 organisations . He strong interpersonal skills allows Tim to quickly establish strong relationships as all levels within an organisation. Tim has spent significant time in overseas locations and understands the Human Resource issues that arise during the different phases of organisation and team development .
Tim has provided detailed remuneration, benefits and policy support to the business including extensive job design and sizing programs.
Tim as led significant organisational change programs from organisational design and planning phases through to implementation.
In addition, Tim has extensive experience in rolling out corporate HR initiatives across the business including succession planning, talent management, leadership development and training and development.
Tim has completed a Graduate Diploma – HR & IR (RMIT) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Swinburne University).
Diane brings a wealth of experience to the IMS team within the Human Resources space. Diane has worked in the Oil and Gas and Construction industries for over 20 years, specialising in People and Capability, Strategic Human Resources, Change Management, Leadership and Performance Management. Diane has worked for multinational corporations both nationally and internationally, including Roy Hill, Civmec Construction & Engineering and Leighton Contractors. Diane currently leads the Human Resources function for the Integrated Project Team with Fluor and BHP.
Diane’s qualifications include a Diploma in Business, majoring in Human Resource Development at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
With over 20 years’ experience, Jenny delivers services to major client accounts for the supply of Contractor Management & Project Services personnel under the IMS Workforce division. Jenny also supports the business operations of IMS by coordinating various systems and processes to deliver timely and efficient services to Clients. She has worked in a range of industries including mining, construction, oil & gas and LNG.
Jenny’s qualifications include a Certificate of Applied Personnel Consulting from Deakin University.
Divya is the IMS Accounts and Payroll Specialist. Divya is an experienced accountant with over 30 years experience across a multitude of businesses and a range of industries. Her key areas of expertise are auditing, bookkeeping and process improvement.
Divya holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants in the UK.
