The RSA10 Project involved the construction of a new 90ha Clay-HDPE Bauxite Residue Storage Area which included:
- Pre-Works: Clear-Grub-Mulch (100ha), Workshop, Lay-down and Amenities Areas, Haul Roads over Embankment Footprint, Baritt Brook Diversion Drainage Channel, Diversion Road (4,800m)
- Bulk Excavation: 739,000m3
- Clay Liner: 494,000m3
- HDPE Liner: 952,000m2
- Residue Sand Drainage Layer: 674,000m3
- Underdrainage Draincoil and Underdrainage Collection Pipe
- Decant Piping and Decant Tower Installation
IMS Service Provision
Provision of contractor management and project services with resources in the roles of, Construction Manager, Senior Construction Co-ordinator, Construction Coordinators and EHS&T Lead, as part of an Integrated Alcoa Project Team.
