    With over 34 year’s broad-based experience in human resources, employee relations and health and safety management on mega construction projects, Rick provides overall leadership and strategic direction to IMS. Rick has previously held senior management positions including Vice President Human Resources for an international company. He holds directorships with several companies. Rick's qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics.

    Sean Foy
    Principal Consultant – Industrial Relations
    Sean brings over 20 years’ experience across government and private sector, metals and non-metals manufacturing, and most significantly - major resources construction and maintenance in both Western Australia and Interstate.  Sean is particularly adept at integrating sensible Industrial Relations into overall management systems and is able to help your business achieve superior outcomes in a number of critical areas including Industrial Relations planning and execution, agreement making, dispute resolution, workplace investigations and Industrial Relations health checks. Sean's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations Honours).

    Client and Team Services

    Bruce is a highly competent and experienced Leadership, Executive and Team Coach who supports individuals and teams to excel. He has extensive Senior Executive experience at MD/GM and at Board level working in a diverse range of industries, both in Australia and overseas. His accreditation is with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with over 2500 hours coaching high performance outcomes from a solutions focus. Bruce develops teams to deliver customer value. Client relationship management is a key focus of the role.  He is a member of Institute of Management WA.

    Stephanie Poplawski
    Employee Relations Consultant

    Stephanie joined IMS as Industrial Relations Graduate participating in the inaugural IMS graduate program incorporating formal coaching and a period of secondment with an international oil and gas Client and LNG Operator. She has had 2 years’ prior experience representing the interests of professional nurses where she gained a broad range of Industrial Relations knowledge. Stephanie’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with an award for outstanding results in business communication.

    Jenny Lee
    Recruitment Co‐ordinator / Office Manager
    Jenny has an extensive administrative background in a range of business environments that includes experience on WA resource projects and in recruitment. Jenny is involved in all aspects of the day to day business activities at IMS and is responsible for its efficient operation.  She is also responsible for IMS specialised recruitment services and manages the recruitment/network of IMS contacts and the placement process. Jenny is a valued member of the team, ensuring the professional delivery of services across the IMS business is maintained.
